1. Scope of Application

These Terms of Sale apply to all services offered through the website www.stayonpro.com, operated by David Houdusse 2 Web EIRL under the trademark StayOnPro.

By placing an order on this website, the customer agrees without reservation to these Terms of Sale.

2. Description of Services

StayOnPro offers an all-inclusive annual subscription that provides:

  • The creation and publication of a custom One Site Page

  • Web hosting for the site

  • Minor yearly content updates as requested

  • Domain name (if included in the offer)

  • SEO directory listing and optional social reposts

Each One Site Page is created using information provided by the client via an online form or PDF file, which must be completed after payment. Clients are responsible for submitting accurate and complete information to ensure proper service delivery.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices are indicated in US dollars and include any applicable fees, unless otherwise specified. The current price of the annual subscription is $499 USD per year.

✅ Payment is made exclusively by credit or debit card via our secure payment processor, Stripe.
We do not accept checks, wire transfers, or cash payments.

Payment is due in full at the time of order. The subscription becomes active once the payment is confirmed and the necessary content is submitted by the customer.

4. Non-Refundable, Non-Cancellable Subscription

❗ IMPORTANT: All subscriptions are final and non-refundable.
Once the payment has been processed, no refund will be issued, whether in full or prorated, even in the event of:

  • Service cancellation by the customer

  • Lack of content submission after purchase

  • Customer dissatisfaction or lack of use

The annual subscription is non-cancellable and non-interruptible once confirmed. There is no trial period. By subscribing, you accept these terms in full.

5. Delivery Timeline

Once the full payment is received and the client has submitted all required information, StayOnPro commits to delivering the One Site Page within a maximum of 7 business days.

If the form is incomplete or content is missing, this timeline is paused until all elements are received.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate and up-to-date information, including images, company description, and contact details. StayOnPro is not responsible for delays or errors due to missing or inaccurate data.

All texts and images submitted must comply with applicable laws and must not infringe upon third-party rights.

7. Service Renewal

The subscription is valid for one year from the date of delivery. Renewal is manual, and clients will receive a reminder prior to expiration. No automatic billing is performed unless the client expressly opts in for recurring payments.

8. Intellectual Property

The structure, code, and design of the One Site Page remain the property of StayOnPro. However, all content provided by the client (logo, photos, text, etc.) remains their property.

Clients may request updates or modifications within the scope of the annual maintenance service.

9. Limitation of Liability

StayOnPro is not liable for technical issues caused by third-party services (hosting provider, domain registrar, payment gateway, etc.) or for any indirect damage such as data loss, business interruption, or missed opportunities.

In the event of a dispute, StayOnPro will always seek to resolve matters amicably first.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of France, as the business entity is registered in France. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Commercial Court of Paris, France.
